- Documentation. Confirm what certificate or record is issued and who issues it.
- Support. Consider communication, scheduling, learner support and post-course documentation.
Be careful with approval language
Approval, recognition, accreditation and certification are not interchangeable terms. Ask the provider to identify the relevant authority and the exact scope of any recognition being claimed.
